الوصف

Pharmapore® PU Gentle Post-operative dressing made of waterproof, virus proof and bacteria proof polyurethane film that allows showering while the dressing is in place. The polyurethane film comes with top backing paper to allow application of the film without wrinkling.

دواعي الاستخدام

مخصصة للجروح ذات الإفرازات، بحیث تمنع الإصابات الناجمة عن الضمادة، وتقق من الانزعاج، والألم خاصة للمرضى أصحاب البشرة الرقیقة.

نواهي الاستخدام

•یجب ألا تستخدم ھذه الضمادات للأشخاص الذین یعانون من حساسیة للضمادة أو أي من مكوناتھا.

احتياطات

• الضمادات غیر مخصصة للاستخدام داخل تجاویف الجسم
• إذا حدثت عدوى أثناء استخدام الضمادة، استشر الطبیب حول العلاج المناسب للعدوى.
• التعقیم مضمون ما لم یتضرر الغلاف.
• إعادة الاستخدام تزید من خطر العدوى.
• تخلص من الضمادة على أنھا منتج ملوث.

ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort عبارة عن رغوة ماصة من مادة البولي يوريثان مغلفة بطبقة تلامس للجرح من هلام السيليكون الناعم المثقوب والتي تمتد إلى ما وراء محيط الرغوة للسماح بالتثبيت السهل بدون أشرطة لاصقة أو ضمادة تثبيت وتوفر إزالة ضمادة غير رضحية. الطبقة الخارجية من الضمادة عبارة عن مادة البولي يوريثين غير المنسوجة من مادة البولي يوريثين وهي مقاومة للماء والبكتيريا والفيروسات.
الخواص
- Gentle soft Silicone gel allows atraumatic dressing removal.
- Pattern coated silicone or perforated silicone film, allow free passage of wound exudate to the foam so prevents skin maceration.
- High absorption capacity polyurethane foam also provides a cushioning effect.
- Highly breathable top sheet allows evaporation of absorbed exudates, thus it enhances fluid handling capacity of the dressing.
- Being waterproof, the top sheet prevents strike through and allows showering while the dressing is in place.
دواعي الاستخدام
ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort is suitable for dressing many types of exuding wounds including leg and pressure ulcers, surgical incisions and traumatic wounds resulting in skin loss, also may be used under compression bandaging.
نواهي الاستخدام
Do not use ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort dressings with oxidizing agents such as hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide, as these can break down the absorbent polyurethane component of the dressing.

Precaution
In case of infection, ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort still can be used but under medical supervision and with antimicrobial conjunctive therapy.
متى يجب تغييرالضمادة
The interval between dressing changes will normally be determined by the degree of exudate produced but the dressing may be left undisturbed for several days on clean lightly exuding wounds.
How supplied
ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort is supplied individually wrapped in heat sealable package, sterilized by ethylene oxide.

How To Use
1. نظف الجرح وجففه جيدًا
2. قم بإزالة بطانة التحرير من طبقة تلامس الجرح بالسيليكون
3. A dressing should be selected that overlaps the wound margin by at least two centimeters.
4. In case of ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort, do not cut to size, ESPUMA^®Gentle Comfort doesn’t need any retention aid or fixation dressing.
