Cavidagel® Burn Dressing: Water based technology used for emergency first aid treatment of burns. Cavidagel gel soaked burn dressings are the first response for burn injuries. This medical device is made of foam or nonwoven dressing soaked in amorphous hydrogel that contains no active ingredients or drugs and is latex free and sterile.

Contra-indicações

Precauções

Chemical burns should be flushed with suitable antidote and/or water before applying Cavidagel® Burn Dressing.
Don’t apply the dressing on a chemical that reacts with water.
Don’t apply to patient in contact with energized electrical equipment.
Exclusivamente para uso externo.
Não reutilizar o produto (a reutilização pode causar risco de infeção).

Intended Purpose
- First and second degree burns and scalds.
- Minimizes trauma and skin damage.
- Assist moist wound healing, moistens, cools and soothes.

- Select a dressing with suitable size, it should extend over the margins of the burn with at least 2 cm from each side.
- Open the pack and take out the dressing.
- Unfold the dressing and apply to the injured/burnt site and pour the excess gel over the dressing.
- Secure with non-absorbent bandage.
- If applicable, urgently seek medical help.
